350, 4spd, 23,400 miles on dash, was factory 3 spd manual, black interior, frame off restoration, alloy wheels, hooker header side pipes, black hot rod primer paint, white soft top, AM/FM/CD player, L88 hood, chrome rally wheels, and much more.
Parts replaced during frame off: built 350/350+Hp engine, roller rockers, gear drive, edelbrock aluminum intake, edelbrock carb, high torque starter, clutch, water pump, fuel pump, fan clutch, 4spd transmission, upper and lower control arm bushings, upper and lower ball joints, sway bar bushings and links, tie rod ends, idler arm, shocks, rebuilt steering box, brake and fuel lines, 4 calipers, brake rotors, brake pads, master cylinder, trailing arm bushings, adjustable strut rods, spring, U joints, fuel tank and sending unit, aluminum radiator, rear sway bar, E brake cables, E brake pads and hardware, body bushings, and much more. It appears that the rear end, steering box, 3spd and 4spd transmissions were rebuilt during the frame off restoration as well.
This corvette was original Lemans Blue with Medium Blue interior and a factory 3 spd.
One of only 326 ordered with the factory 3spd transmission out of 28,566 total production for 1968. 1968 was the first year for the C3 body style, which also brought about a new interior design along with removable t tops. GM also introduced the pop-up headlights and pop-up wiper door. 1968 was the highest production year for the stingray convertible with 18,630 total production. GM only produced 4,722 in Lemans Blue.
