1966 VW/Volkswagen

This is Tullulah! She has been a close member of the family, but now needs to fly the nest and head off to a new home. She has been a big part of our life style; our bedroom, our kitchen, our lounge, our dream… She’s been to festivals, camping trips, surf trips, roadtrips, weddings, proms and on fabulous days out.

The van was originally a German import and then was turned into a “Rat Van”. However, since becoming part of our family she has undergone a constant series of updates and improvements, both inside and out.

Internally all the panels have been insulated and soundproofed, there is useful storage added, along with a full width rock n’roll bed.

Underneath the van, straight axel conversion, cut-n-turned lower front, Porsche wheels, disk brakes on the front, twin Webbers on a 1600cc engine… all the essentials to cruise along at 60 mph and the ability to stop!

This is a great van and a real headturner. Tullulah is guaranteed to give a huge amount of pleasure and really give you the chance the enjoy the outdoors in every way. A true life style choice.
