Oldsmobile and 442 Lovers, this one’s for you!
With all the Camaro’s, Chevelle’s, and Mopar Muscle cars out there, a great looking Olds 442 ALWAYS turns heads.
You don’t see a lot of these in this kind of condition, and you almost never see one loaded up with all the options and documentation that this car has. Look at the chrome, stainless and paint they did when the restoration was done.
It’s been a while here at Custom Classics since we saw a ‘67 Olds 442 this nice come through our doors.
BODY AND TRIM:
Starting at the front, taking a good look at the front bumper grill, and headlight bezels, you notice the chrome work that’s been done, was of high quality and shows very well. Gleaming down the smooth slicks sides of this beauty you’ll take note in how straight the body panels are, and how well all the gaps look. This fully dressed 442 has all the lower trim and near perfect stainless wheel opening moldings on it. Coming around to the back of the car, you’ll see the same great chrome work was done on the rear bumper as was the front. From the tail lights to the rest of the trim on the rear body panel, it is all in really great condition. With the near-perfect dark Midnight blue deep paint, all that chrome and trim really sets itself off well, and makes a strong statement of this often under estimated true American muscle car.
INTERIOR:
Taking a peak inside this fully loaded 442, and you’ll see a fresh crisp interior. Let’s take a min and run through all the options and codes this 442 has fro interior related items:

That proven transmission sends power to a stout 10-bolt that’s equipped with fun highway-friendly set of gears. This Olds 442 was delivered to San Antonio, Texas to the Lavender General Olds company, dealer code 22-140
It was sold and put into service on May 5th 1967
This car is showing apx 53,000 miles and we believe this to be correct. We were also told at the time we purchased this car that the engine and trans were professionally rebuilt. The car runs and operates strong, as well as our scoop inspection down inside the engine, we believe that it was rebuilt, although we do not have paper work to support this.
With The sale of this car comes the following Documents:
An original Owner’s Manual
Original Owners Protection Plan Book, with Protecto-Plate.
A copy of one of the cars original window sticker
Known Issues:
• Radio not working
• Clock works intermittently
• Oil gauge not working
• A/C is all hooked up and all there as far as we can obviously see, however it is not charged.
• Cruise control is all there - doesn't work
Everything else is working and all fluids are clean and full!
Tired of the same old run-of-the-mill muscle cars you can find anywhere, anytime? This fine, fully restored 442 is ready to run down the highway and it’s a super cool classic that’s poised to turn heads and clean up at the local car shows. Whether you’re an emphatic Oldsmobile collector, or a serious muscle car aficionado who just wants something a little different, this cool A-Body is the perfect investment with all of its paperwork, documentation, and options list.
There’s been plenty of money and time spent on this car during the restoration, from the chrome plating down to the Firestone red line Tires and factory Style chrome wheels, you couldn’t build one yourself for what were asking, let alone trying to find one that was loaded up with as many options as this one has. Take a look around at all the photos and then give our sales manager Gary a call to inquire how you can get this one purchased and added to your collection.
