Purchased new from Poole Buick Co., Kinston, NC, and locally owned most of itslife, the car was restored under the care of its longest-term owner, who was familiar with its previous owners. That owner’s account of the car’s history and restoration is included along with extensive documents from new. The car retains its original 455ci 360 HP engine, as well as its original transmission and rear axle. Documentation includes a written history from the restoring owner, factory build documents, Protect-O-Plate, window sticker, manuals and accessory tags, and receipts related to the car’s ownership and restoration. It is currently included in a private collection where it is protected indoors and rarely driven, but maintained aesthetically and mechanically.
