MG had the new 1.5 liter VA, on the LONDON MOTOR SHOW 1936 first introduced. There were three body styles, a four-door sedan, a four-seat touring cars and the 'TICK FORD Folding head foursome` - Drophead Coupé. This model variant - which also corresponds to the vehicle on offer here - was created by Salmons & Sons Ltd., Newport Pagnell. The 1,537 cc OHV engine was equipped with twin SU carburettors, and made 54 bhp.

MG avait le nouveau 1,5 litres VA, sur le Salon de Londres 1936 d'abord introduit. Il y avait trois styles de carrosserie, une berline quatre portes, un siège de quatre voitures de tourisme et les «TICK FORD pliantes foursome` de tête - Drophead Coupé. MG hatten den neuen 1.5 Liter VA, auf der LONDON MOTOR SHOW 1936 erstmals vorgestellt. Es gab drei Karosserievarianten, eine viertürige Limousine, einen viersitzigen Tourenwagen und das `TICKFORD Folding head foursome` - Drophead Coupé. Diese Modellvariante - der auch das hier angebotene Fahrzeug entspricht - wurde von Salmons & Sons Ltd., Newport Pagnell hergestellt. Der 1.537 ccm OHV-Motor wurde mit SU-Doppelvergasern ausgerüstet, und leistete 54 bhp.
