1971 Porsche 911T 2.2L RS Turbo Body

As you can no doubt see from the photos, this car really is a beautiful looking thing to the eye. In my opinion it looks so good as it is that it`s probably worth as much looking like this as what it is worth in its original pre-impact bumper guise.

Obviously the choice of the above is totally down to the new lucky owner but with the benefit of either choice being a good choice..

Anyway, the car itself started life as a fully standard 1971 Porsche 2.2 911T before she had her full RS Style. She has now been fully re-modelled and repainted, and all done in a wonderful complimenting Porsche red which seems to work really well with the contrasting black trimmings and so much nicer than the original horrid colour scheme.

The bodywork was all rebuilt and repaired to a reasonably good standard, hence this is why she still looks good today albeit this work was completed quite a number of years ago.  She originally came from a dry state anyway so I would have thought she would have been reasonably solid from the offset and quite possibly LHD but I haven`t yet fully looked into the history of the car as I was more concerned as to what she is today, and that is a VERY beautiful looking car.

Body/paint work is very good with just minor imperfections here and there (little blisters and bubbling) but nothing at all that distracts from her overall beauty in my opinion.

Engine is good, and she starts well thanks to a new battery. Gearbox selects all 5 gears but you have got the normal routine crunching in the lower gears.  A slow gear change can eliminate this.

Drives OK and is in keeping with a Porsche of this era.  You will not be breaking any speed barriers and you will not be cornering hard @ 90mph but what you will be doing is getting admired and cruising in style.

Opportunities like this do not come onto the market very often so this is a real opportunity for someone to grab themselves a one-off little gem that will obviously continue to increase rapidly in value over the years, thus making this a wonderful little investment opportunity.
