1991 Jaguar

Lovely example of a rare model of XJ40. 

Yes this is a Sovereign Sport. Not to be confused with the New Zealand sport model, which was 93 - 94, had twin head lights, a plastic central grill, and less luxurious interior. The Sovereign Sport was an English model, based on the Sovereign, but with the addition of sport gear box, stiffened suspension, the lattice wheels, the different leather steering wheel, coloured coded hub caps (green to match the car, they were normally silver). 

It is believed that only 5 Sovereign sport models of this specification were imported into New Zealand to be sold as New Zealand new cars in 1991. 

This has been our drive car for several years, and its now time for us to upgrade. 

In very good condition throughout.
