We changed the oil and filter, transmission fluid and filter, changed the rear end grease and additive, and checked and lubed the chassis. We also replaced the master cylinder, both front brake calipers, front brake hoses, front brake pads, idler arm, tongue bushing, rear shocks, rebuilt the carburetor, and much more.

1976 was the last year for the Stingray emblems on the fenders of the corvette, the only year for the Vega steering wheel on tilt and tele steering columns, and the first year for metal floors.
